Call me a sop but...
... I had tears in my eyes when I finished reading the Tunku the Musical libretto (yes we just got it last night). Last song IS cheesy. But I'm a sucker for the whole "we are the world, we are the people" crap. Throw in a little poetic justice, a little love lost, a little friendship rekindled and I'm sold.
Intense stuff though. World of difference compared to last year. So looking forward to August.

Great that you liked it! Better than the 'one separation-from-Malaysia affair' line-eh? (though I still insist that it is grammatically sound - hmmph!). Fingers crossed, it'll tug at the audience's hearts as well... And Gawd, what are you doing up at 4 am?!?! Memorizing Tunku lines?
You SOP!
don't be so cry baby la!
I got my copy on Thursday. I asked the SM and he made a joke while giving it to me. I couldnt get it I dont know should I clarify what was it all about or should I entertain him by laughing politely.. One more thing, hate it when libretto is not properly bind.
